Pink & Peace

A Support Group for Mothers of Littles

Motherhood can be beautiful, exhausting, joyful, isolating, and everything in between.

Somewhere along the way, you may find yourself asking, “Where did I go?”

Pink & Peace is a supportive space for mothers of littles to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and connect with other mothers who understand the messy, beautiful reality of this season.

Because caring for everyone else shouldn't mean losing yourself in the process.

Common Concerns

Pink & Peace creates space to talk about:

  • Identity shifts after becoming a mother

  • Mom guilt

  • Feeling overwhelmed or touched out

  • Balancing motherhood and partnership

  • Changes in friendships and social connection

  • Finding time for yourself

  • Boundaries

  • Asking for and receiving support

  • Changes in intimacy and your relationship

  • Rediscovering hobbies and interests

  • Learning to prioritize yourself without guilt

  • The pressure to “do it all”

  • Navigating the many versions of yourself that motherhood can bring

You don't have to have a major problem to belong here.

Sometimes you just need a place to exhale.

You're in the Right Place If...

You May Be...

Loving Motherhood—but Missing Yourself

You love your children deeply, but sometimes you miss the woman you were before motherhood.

Feeling Overwhelmed

Between routines, responsibilities, work, relationships, and parenting, it can feel like there isn't much left for you.

Navigating a Changing Identity

Motherhood has changed your priorities, relationships, body, time, and sense of self—and you're still figuring out who you're becoming.

Craving Adult Connection

You want a space where you can talk openly with other mothers without having to pretend that everything is fine.

Trying to Find Your “Pink” Again

Your Pink represents the parts of you that may have become harder to access after becoming a mother—your joy, identity, interests, confidence, creativity, femininity, friendships, rest, or simply your sense of self.

How We Support You

Find Your Pink. Protect Your Peace. Build Your Village.

Pink & Peace is designed to provide connection, reflection, encouragement, and practical support during the early years of motherhood.

Through guided conversations, activities, and group connection, we'll explore:

Reconnect

Remember the person beyond your role as a mother.

Reflect

Make space to acknowledge how motherhood has changed you—and honor the woman you're becoming.

Restore

Explore realistic ways to care for yourself, protect your energy, and create moments of rest.

Reconnect With Your Relationships

Talk honestly about how motherhood can change your partnership, friendships, family relationships, and support system.

Build Your Village

Connect with other mothers who can remind you that you aren't the only one figuring it out.
